Terms & Conditions of Sales

Our conditions are identical to a reservation on OTA booking.com. Payment will be made on site upon arrival: in cash, ANCV holiday vouchers, credit card or by transfer.
I welcome you from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 7/7. The reception is open from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and on simple call until 6 p.m. beyond that, let me know in advance. In case of absence my number is displayed on the door +262 692 800 757 (tel & whatsapp).
- The room must be free no later than 10:30 a.m. but you can use the hotel until noon or later if you have an evening flight (luggage storage and shower available free of charge).
- Cancellation will be free before D-1, i.e. 2 days before your arrival. In case of NO show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night on the credit card you used when booking via a secure Stripe server. (we do not store any data concerning your credit card directly at the hotel)

Our site is secure to accept your credit card on the STRIPE server which will simply take a print of your credit card to guarantee your room and to guarantee us the payment. We do not charge any amount you will have to make your payment on arrival according to your means of payment, we accept checks, credit cards, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers or a bank transfer. The tourist tax will be added and claimed during your payment, currently it is €1.50 per night and per person.
